Spanish Valley Vineyard sits just outside of downtown Moab, offering a quieter, more open setting away from the main traffic. You still get the red rock views Moab is known for, but with vineyard rows and a more relaxed atmosphere that immediately shifts the pace.

Tastings run Wednesday through Monday from 2–7 PM and are designed to fit naturally into your day. You’ll be guided through a curated three-glass tasting, choosing between red, white, or a mixed flight. Each pour is intentional, helping you understand flavor, structure, and what you actually enjoy without overcomplicating it. It’s relaxed, structured, and meant to be savored.

Friday Nights at the Vineyard
Fridays bring a different energy.
As the sun drops, the vineyard becomes more social with live music, a steady flow of people, and an atmosphere that feels lively without being overwhelming. Stay at the Vineyard
If you want to take the experience further, staying on-site changes everything. We have two cozy Airbnb’s on the property surrounded by the vines and red rock mountains. Instead of leaving after your tasting, you stay in the same environment under the sunset, stars and dessert sun. It removes the need to drive or plan what’s next and allows you to fully settle into the setting.
