3. Event & Wedding Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Reservations are confirmed only when a contract is signed and a deposit is paid.
4. Tasting Room Services
We reserve the right to verify age, refuse service, and change pricing or hours without notice.
5. Airbnb & Lodging Terms
Airbnb bookings are governed by Airbnb’s terms. Guests agree to follow rules, respect quiet hours, and acknowledge risks inherent to an agricultural property.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from website use, inaccurate information, weather‑related event issues, or actions of third‑party providers. Liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us.
7. Alcohol Policy
Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+. We may refuse service.
8. Payment & Refunds
Event and service payments follow the specific contract terms. Deposits are typically non‑refundable.
