Arrival & Welcome

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed to your seat with a chilled towel. This is a simple way to refresh after the desert heat and ease into a slower pace.

Choose Your Flight

You’ll receive a brief introduction to the wines, along with guidance to help you choose a tasting that suits your palate — red, white, or a curated mix of both.

Curated Three-Glass Tasting

Each tasting includes three thoughtfully selected wines, served alongside a small amuse-bouche designed to complement the flavors. You’ll also receive a tasting card to note impressions, preferences, or favorites as you go.

Settle In & Pair with an amuse-bouche

After your tasting, you’re encouraged to stay. Order a full glass of your favorite wine or share a bottle, and pair it with light food offerings if you’d like to extend the experience.
